Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist - Member Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with troubleshooting treatment-related issues
- Manage the Member Support Services Zoom Call Center and ensure timely responses to member inquiries
- Update relevant information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and collaborate with senior leadership on service improvement projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with related technologies
- Fluency with Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
- Spanish-speaking highly preferred
