A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist who will provide support to orthodontic practices and their patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance with billing and insurance matters to clients via phone and email
- Manage inbound and outbound communications, ensuring professional interactions and case follow-ups
- Meet or exceed service level expectations while maintaining high-quality performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3-5 years of previous customer service experience required
- Experience in the orthodontic, dental, or healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Documents; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls and deliver exceptional customer service
