A company is looking for a Benefit Customer Service Representative - Seasonal Colleague - Non Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to plan participants compassionately and accurately via phone, email, and instant message
- Safeguard confidential information in accordance with HIPAA and Data Privacy laws while translating complex plan information into understandable terms for customers
- Maintain and document accurate call and case notes, while collaborating respectfully with colleagues and participating in team meetings
Required Qualifications
- High School degree required
- Experience in a customer service-related field
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to schedules
- Experience using Microsoft Office and managing multiple computer windows
- Ability to type 30 words a minute
