Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Patient Support Services & Patient Affordability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage patient support and affordability programs, ensuring effective initiation and maintenance of patient treatment
- Oversee reimbursement and access strategies for optimal product coverage, including HUB and copay assistance program implementation
- Monitor external partner contracts and ensure compliance with defined KPIs and service terms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 12+ years' experience in the biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry
- 10+ years of experience in patient support programs and product launch
- Proven ability to create collaborative working environments with internal and external partners
- Experience in contract negotiation and compliance monitoring
