Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree preferred
• Experience in mortgage closing or related field
• Knowledge of loan processing and closing procedures
• Familiarity with state and federal mortgage regulations
• Certification as a Notary Public may be required
