- Proven experience in Customer Success, particularly with B2B and SaaS solutions
- Deep understanding of customer success metrics (NPS, Churn, Health Score)
- Experience in customer retention and managing enterprise-level stakeholders
- Technical knowledge to engage in discussions about software requirements and deployment
