Compact RN Care Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Care Manager to support Ambetter Marketplace members remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate member needs and develop personalized care plans to improve healthcare outcomes
• Coordinate care management interventions and collaborate with healthcare providers to address member needs
• Monitor member progress and update care plans as necessary to ensure effective service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 2 - 4 years of related experience in case management, home health, or managed care
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Must reside in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Georgia
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
