A company is looking for a Virtual Non-Clinical Support Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance and productivity of the Non-Clinical Case Manager team to meet KPIs and metrics
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members while managing day-to-day communications and workload
- Perform quality monitoring and provide feedback to ensure compliance with best practices and operational standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager in a telephonic environment
- Experience in telephonic patient education, including rare disease support and HUB services
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques and objection handling
- Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry related to telephonic support needs
