Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Coordinator I - TX Star Kids.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates appropriate healthcare treatment and manages healthcare costs to improve program/operational efficiency
• Determines medical necessity/appropriateness and identifies opportunities for continuous quality/compliance
• Empowers customers to ensure compliance, satisfaction, and promotes patient advocacy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician in psychology, social work, counseling, sociology, human growth and development, or early childhood education
• Experience in healthcare coordination or related field preferred
• Understanding of healthcare policies and compliance standards
• Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and determine case resolution approaches
• Knowledge of cost management strategies in healthcare settings
