Recovery Collector

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recovery Collector to manage delinquent accounts and facilitate repayments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect payments on assigned delinquent accounts through documentation review and customer contact
• Arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities
• Good knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices
• Strong customer service/relations skills
• Ability to organize and interpret information
