Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance member experience and retention
- Ensure clinicians have all necessary member information for consultations and scans
- Lead onboarding of new sites and act as a liaison for site-related issues
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in a customer service and operations role
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in a medical environment is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
