UM/UIM Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UM/UIM Represented/Litigation Adjuster - Remote MST/PST.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate complex, represented claims including UM/UIM and specialized claims
• Take recorded statements, resolve loss of use claims, and negotiate settlements
• Perform detailed reviews of damage and interpret policies to determine coverage

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims handling, particularly in casualty claims
• Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage interpretation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple claims
• Familiarity with state-specific regulations for claims in AK, HI, ID, OR, UT, WA, NV, OK, NM, & AZ
• Experience in customer service within the insurance industry
