Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
- Experience in consulting or software, preferably in legal software
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success tools
- Startup experience within a small Customer Success organization
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including Legal Ops and IT
