Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation
  • Experience in consulting or software, preferably in legal software
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Customer Success tools
  • Startup experience within a small Customer Success organization
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including Legal Ops and IT
