Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning solutions with their business needs
- Create and implement account plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting based on performance and market conditions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience in the SAAS industry preferred
- Experience in the tax and accounting industry or similar is a plus
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficient in managing client accounts and fostering long-term partnerships
