Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Executive to drive growth and ensure exceptional service for key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, aligning solutions with their business needs
  • Create and implement account plans, regularly reviewing and adjusting based on performance and market conditions
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager
  • Experience in the SAAS industry preferred
  • Experience in the tax and accounting industry or similar is a plus
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Proficient in managing client accounts and fostering long-term partnerships
