A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls and service requests regarding insurance policies
- Process customer, carrier, and partner requests in a professional and timely manner
- Provide follow-up on applications and ensure policies are issued on time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Active Property and Casualty license preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, verbal and written, required
- Ability to work flexible schedules to meet customer needs
