Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries and service requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and service requests regarding insurance policies
  • Process customer, carrier, and partner requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide follow-up on applications and ensure policies are issued on time
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-2 years' customer service experience in a call center environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Active Property and Casualty license preferred
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, verbal and written, required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules to meet customer needs
