Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retail Intake Administrator, available in-office, hybrid, or remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and sort loan documents to imaging system in a timely manner
- Order services such as Appraisals, Flood, and Case Assignments
- Assist management on pipeline reports and projects, providing administrative support for the operations team
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year related experience preferred
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures, manuals, policies, and regulations
- Professional customer service and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of PC applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
