Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce services and support program enrollment
  • Build trust and rapport with patients using active listening and a compassionate approach
  • Document patient interactions accurately and meet performance targets related to outreach and engagement
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or patient engagement roles in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining empathy and accuracy
  • Comfortable working with productivity targets in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
  • High comfort level with technology, including Google Suite and CRMs
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
