Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce services and support program enrollment
- Build trust and rapport with patients using active listening and a compassionate approach
- Document patient interactions accurately and meet performance targets related to outreach and engagement
Required Qualifications
- Experience in outbound call center, inside sales, or patient engagement roles in a healthcare environment
- Ability to manage high call volume while maintaining empathy and accuracy
- Comfortable working with productivity targets in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
- High comfort level with technology, including Google Suite and CRMs
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
