Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Strata) to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating their onboarding and implementation of Strata Agency products.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements and define success criteria for client engagements
• Develop onboarding plans and lead clients through product implementations to maximize return on investment
• Act as a technical subject matter expert, troubleshooting complex issues and managing post-implementation projects

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing or support role in AdTech
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry and experience with media agencies
• Technical acumen in troubleshooting, SQL, and APIs
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
• Hands-on experience with software configuration and data manipulation
