Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and document daily telephone calls from members, providers, and health plans
  • Collect information from members/providers and verify authorization, claims, and eligibility
  • Assist with member outreach communications and resolve walk-in member concerns


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience working in customer service
  • One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
