Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Cantonese or Mandarin Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and document daily telephone calls from members, providers, and health plans
- Collect information from members/providers and verify authorization, claims, and eligibility
- Assist with member outreach communications and resolve walk-in member concerns
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in customer service
- One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
