A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure work orders are scheduled within service level agreements (SLAs)
- Coordinate service technicians for customer requests, including new equipment installations
- Provide world-class customer service through effective communication with internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of previous scheduling or routing experience
- Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Ability to multi-task and switch between different communication channels efficiently
- Extremely organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
