Job Summary

A company is looking for a Health Advocate - Inbound/ Outbound Calls, Healthy Outcomes Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to members and providers to facilitate healthcare services
• Assist members in overcoming barriers to good health and provide education on health decisions
• Document conversations accurately in the member's health record

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D
• High computer literacy, including troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote workspace
• Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
