Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and executives
- Proactively engage with customers to track KPIs and ensure they achieve measurable outcomes
- Take ownership of contract renewals and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of SaaS products; experience in Revenue Operations is a bonus
- Proven track record of managing retention and driving growth through customer engagement
- Experience using Salesforce and other CRM or GTM systems is preferred
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
