Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges
  • Execute an engagement strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction through scheduled interactions
  • Proactively manage customer accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and monitor key customer metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Experience managing high-volume customer relationships
  • Strong understanding of customer success strategies and best practices
  • Experience with customer success software (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
