Key Responsibilities
- Achieve departmental service levels by answering calls within 60 seconds
- Conduct monthly patient satisfaction surveys to maintain an average score of 80% or higher
- Handle high call volumes efficiently while adhering to departmental guidelines and performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Completion of all regulatory requirements including licensing and certification within established time frames
- Ability to manage and resolve complex billing inquiries and patient accounts
- Proficiency in using Sharp HealthCare applications and tools
- Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required within 12 months of hire
- Experience in a call center environment handling high call volumes
