Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior, empathetic customer service by phone, chat, and email
- Accurately explain healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms
- Use internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Bilingual? Spanish or French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent)
