Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide superior service to customers and drive product adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain healthy business relationships with customers
  • Manage yearly renewals and work with customers to prevent churn
  • Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and provide strategic input for improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles such as CX or Consulting
  • Technical background or strong technical aptitude with a desire to become an expert
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead initiatives
