- 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing SaaS roles
- Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build strategic relationships
- Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or restaurant technology preferred
- Track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
