Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored success plans and conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing SaaS roles
  • Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and build strategic relationships
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, enterprise software, or restaurant technology preferred
  • Track record of driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth within existing accounts
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
