Key Responsibilities

• Enter credit application data and audit lending documentation for accuracy
• Respond to and resolve moderately complex service issues and requests
• Perform customer support and account maintenance, including handling inquiries from dealers and customers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Financial/Business/Management discipline
• Experience in customer service or a financial services environment
• Product/market-specific processing experience (1 year preferred)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proven independent decision-making skills
