Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst - Revenue Cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for application systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
  • Offer software support to internal customers for applicable operating systems and subsystems
  • Manage priorities for maintaining, upgrading, and efficiently using software systems
Required Qualifications
  • 6 or more years of experience with application support in a hospital or medical-related industry
  • Experience with 837 and 835 backgrounds
  • Familiarity with Epremis, Experian, or Optum Assurance
  • Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies
  • Advanced understanding of technology projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives
