A company is looking for a Technical Support Analyst - Revenue Cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for application systems, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues
- Offer software support to internal customers for applicable operating systems and subsystems
- Manage priorities for maintaining, upgrading, and efficiently using software systems
Required Qualifications
- 6 or more years of experience with application support in a hospital or medical-related industry
- Experience with 837 and 835 backgrounds
- Familiarity with Epremis, Experian, or Optum Assurance
- Experience working with project life cycle or project management methodologies
- Advanced understanding of technology projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives
