Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote post-sales support for software and hardware systems, including installations, configurations, upgrades, and migrations
- Utilize telephone and remote diagnostic capabilities to isolate, verify, resolve, and document problems
- Support third-party products and may provide occasional on-site assistance
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 6 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Experience with remote support tools and diagnostic techniques
- Ability to work with limited guidance on defined projects
- Familiarity with moderately complex problem-solving in a technical environment
