A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and requests for product repair via phone, fax, or email and enter information into the ERP system
  • Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines and support pricing dispute processes
  • Address and escalate customer issues, provide warranty information, and assist with customer-related projects
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
  • Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong phone etiquette
