Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Device Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and requests for product repair via phone, fax, or email and enter information into the ERP system
- Manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines and support pricing dispute processes
- Address and escalate customer issues, provide warranty information, and assist with customer-related projects
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- 3+ years of related experience in customer service or a similar role
- Prior experience with medical devices is a significant advantage
- Strong computer skills with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Exceptional customer service skills and strong phone etiquette
