Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time/Remote - Customer Communication Dispatch II Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and ensure timely resolution of service requests
- Monitor dispatch systems to facilitate quick responses to customer requests and communicate with field personnel
- Perform administrative duties and assist field managers with various tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required
- 2 to 4 years of related experience preferred
- Prior dispatch or call taker experience is a plus
- Strong PC literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including overnight and weekends
