Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups
  • Resolve member or provider concerns and document information on the billing system
  • Investigate complaints related to billing, claims, or service, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • At least 1 year of call center experience preferred
  • 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
  • Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry preferred
  • Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test
