Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls regarding benefits from members, providers, and employer groups
- Resolve member or provider concerns and document information on the billing system
- Investigate complaints related to billing, claims, or service, escalating as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- At least 1 year of call center experience preferred
- 1 year of face-to-face customer service experience
- Knowledge of the Dental, Medical, or Managed Care industry preferred
- Successful completion of customer service assessment and typing test
