Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and product support to clients, assisting with system and procedure issues
- Support testing of new and upgraded applications and diagnose complex user issues
- Manage client outreach during migrations or product changes, ensuring compliance with internal policies
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of treasury experience
- Experience in a high call volume and client-facing environment
- Knowledge of ACH processes
- Experience with wire or lockbox services
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder
