Customer Service Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Service Agent for a Luxury Faux Flower Arrangements and Decor.

Key Responsibilities

• Process orders and send daily summaries
• Review and update inventory, and set up new products in Shopify
• Assist with customer inquiries and other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with Shopify and customer support software is preferred
• Ability to multi-task effectively
• Good English writing skills
• Reliable computer and stable high-speed internet connection
