- Diagnose and resolve customer clinical issues over the phone or electronically
- Document new issues and resolutions for a comprehensive knowledge base
Required Qualifications
- Home health or hospice clinical experience is required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to solve clinical problems using home health & hospice software
- Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision
- Tech savvy with experience in computers, internet browsers, and software applications
