Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer, End User Support (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer support requests via phone, email, chat, or customer portal
  • Collaborating with team members to solve problems and providing quality customer service
  • Documenting resolutions and utilizing monitoring systems to triage alerts and alarms
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in remote desktop and application environments
  • Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and Office365/Microsoft365
  • Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments and remote troubleshooting of printers and VPN issues
  • Associates degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with PSA and RMM tools is preferred
