Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 1 Engineer, End User Support (Fully Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to customer support requests via phone, email, chat, or customer portal
- Collaborating with team members to solve problems and providing quality customer service
- Documenting resolutions and utilizing monitoring systems to triage alerts and alarms
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1 year experience in remote desktop and application environments
- Experience with Active Directory/Azure AD and Office365/Microsoft365
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN environments and remote troubleshooting of printers and VPN issues
- Associates degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent industry experience
- Experience with PSA and RMM tools is preferred
