Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intake Specialist to serve as a client liaison for incoming intake calls and facilitate the intake process.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming intake calls and provide educated responses to client inquiries while initiating Biopsychosocial Assessments
- Schedule initial intake appointments and coordinate with clinic coordinators regarding client no-shows
- Ensure a positive client experience that reflects the organization's culture and values
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year experience in human services/healthcare or customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls
- Strong telecommunications skills and comfort with multiple IT systems
- Compassionate demeanor and a passion for the mission of helping others
