Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor I responsible for reviewing loan documentation for accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process home loan products in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Maintain a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely flow and compliance throughout the process
• Communicate with members and stakeholders to provide updates and support during the loan process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Preferred 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of Texas Home Equity Loan processes
• Must be bondable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and mortgage processing software
• Understanding of federal and state regulations related to mortgage processing
