Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring seamless adoption
- Train customers, share best practices, and configure the platform to match business workflows
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes and track adoption metrics
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, or technical support in a B2B SaaS setting
- Familiarity with basic Python, APIs (HTTP, JSON/XML), and integrations (SFTP/S3, Zapier, etc.)
- Experience with MongoDB, Tableau, Elasticsearch, or similar tools is a plus
- Proactive and curious with a strong ownership of projects
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
