Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to join their contact center team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments using the E360 Proprietary System
- Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain knowledge of site protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 1-3 years of related experience in a call center or as a receptionist; healthcare experience preferred
- Prior experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR is preferred
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Must be available for 6 weeks of training with no time off
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
