Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Center Advocate to join their contact center team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments using the E360 Proprietary System
  • Document patient requests and pertinent information via EMR
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain knowledge of site protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-3 years of related experience in a call center or as a receptionist; healthcare experience preferred
  • Prior experience with E360, NextGen, Waystar, Epic software, or other EMR is preferred
  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • Must be available for 6 weeks of training with no time off
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
