Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming referrals and schedule appointments for a clinical department
- Engage patients in the scheduling process and maintain accurate electronic health records
- Coordinate with the clinic care team and respond to multi-channel communications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment or a Bachelor's degree
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
