Job Summary
A company is looking for a Teams Voice Consultant (Tier 3 Support-Operations).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line support for MS Teams and Audiocodes/Ribbon Client via phone or email
- Manage and prioritize work queue, ensuring timely updates in the incident management system
- Deploy new projects and install Teams solutions for new customers while mentoring 1st and 2nd line technical staff
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in 3rd line support within the voice/telecoms industry
- Overall experience of 8+ years in relevant fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SIP signaling, and IP communications protocols
- Experience in migrating users from Cisco/Avaya to MS Teams DR (voice)
- Microsoft Teams/M365 implementation knowledge and MS700 Certification preferred
