A company is looking for a part-time Virtual Tech Assistant (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide live technical support during remote depositions, troubleshooting audio and video issues in real time
- Organize necessary documents for virtual depositions and ensure client comfort with the platform
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after depositions
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with video/audio conferencing, specifically Zoom
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with full availability for three days
- Minimum of 6 months experience working remotely
- Willingness to undergo training and meet educational requirements
