Job Summary
A company is looking for a Knowledge Content Analyst II responsible for sourcing, analyzing, and maintaining quality customer content to support member self-service in applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert in content focus areas and establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality implementation artifacts and manage internal and customer-facing content for new customer implementations
- Participate in cross-functional projects and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5+ years of progressive experience in a related industry, with PBM experience for PBM-focused roles
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including benefit content and practices
- Experience in healthcare content/knowledge management and Quality Assurance processes
- Technical aptitude with proficiency in MS Office suite and ability to learn new tools
- Ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
