Key Responsibilities
- Assist with staffing ticket management and create and distribute reports
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for contact center standard operating policies and procedures
- Act as a point of contact for support staff regarding workflows and projects
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in a virtual contact center environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Time management and customer service skills
