Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with staffing ticket management and create and distribute reports
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for contact center standard operating policies and procedures
  • Act as a point of contact for support staff regarding workflows and projects
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in a virtual contact center environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
  • Time management and customer service skills
