Key Responsibilities
- Manage credit balances and issue refunds for customers
- Demonstrate expertise in reimbursement and cash management workflow
- Work remotely while being available for in-office meetings or training as needed
Required Qualifications
- Must uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant policies and regulations
- Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in technology, including Excel and Office tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals
- Minimum of two years of experience in medical or healthcare-related payment entry or equivalent accounting experience preferred
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology is preferred but not required
