A company is looking for a Member Service Coordinator I.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtains and processes deliverables from contractors in accordance with client standards
- Reviews contractor applications and maintains compliance with credentialing requirements
- Acts as a liaison for contractors and District Managers, updating files and addressing noncompliance issues
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
- Highly proficient in advanced computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Analytical skills with a focus on compliance
- Experience in maintaining contractor files and documentation
