Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer - Premium Support (Enterprise Developer).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and leadership in support and enhancement of products
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues while acting as a subject matter expert
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customers and identify opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant technologies and customer environments
- Technical skills in at least two Micro Focus COBOL-based products or similar technologies
- Experience with IBM mainframe systems such as CICS, IMS, or JCL
- Proficiency in COBOL or PLI programming
- Experience with Windows or UNIX operating systems
