Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating web-based applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Proficient with technology, software applications, and phone systems
